I bought my first BMW from Alan Tannenhaus in 2003 at Circle BMW. I knew I wanted a BMW but since this was my first purchase, Alan made sure that I was making the right choice by asking me questions abo Circle BMW. I knew I wanted a BMW but since this was my first purchase, Alan made sure that I was making the right choice by asking me questions about previous vehicles owned, how I liked to drive, what my typical commute was like, etc. He put me in the perfect car. In fact so perfect that I put 240,000 miles on it. Over those 240,000 miles, I had the car serviced at Circle exclusively. All of the service consultants were great but Rob Datri stood out this past summer when I was having an issue with my air conditioning. New Jersey had the hottest summer on record and it wasn't working properly. Rob went out of his way to make sure that it got fixed quickly so I didn't have to endure the summer traffic on the Garden State Parkway (if you live here you know what thats like). I really appreciated his extra effort. When my son was in the market for a BMW in 2006, I sent him to see Alen Tannenhaus. He is now a proud owner of a BMW and like me, uses Circle BMW exclusively for all his maintenance requirements. I'm sure he'll be a repeat customer. For my most recent purchase, I contacted Alan Tannenhaus on a Tuesday and told him what I was looking for. He met with me that same evening, I got the car I wanted and they even gave me a great trade in on my 2003 with 240,000 miles! Everyone there works as a team to make sure the customer is satisfied. I picked up my new car on a Thursday and couldn't be happier. The Circle BMW facility is state of the art and they have a great inventory of both new and pre-owned vehicles. What most impresses me about the dealership is the people. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and you never feel pressured. In the future, I can't see myself buying anything but a BMW and I can't see myself not buying from Circle BMW. More

Our associate James Castillo was very patient and we test drove 2 cars not being sure which one we wanted.He was very professional and pleasant as my wife asked many questions which he answered all of them. Went on Circles BMW website, car listings with detailed information and pictures. Saw a car I was interested in and filled out the website form. He understood what I was looking for, very friendly with a positive attitude that he with Circle BMW would find what I needed. Set up an appointment which was convenient for my husband and I. We test drove a 2008 5 series and looked at what was available on the lot. I had my 1998 5 series looked at by their service department, which is very user friendly, to get an estimate of repairs. Due to age, wear & tear, we decided to purchase a another certified preowned. We made another appointment, and now test drove a 2009 3 series, which we purchased. Again, when I told Alan what features I was looking for, he had the car right on the lot, a test drive, and I was sold. I never felt pressured to purchase, Alan was working with me until I found a car that I was comfortable in. Everything was done right at the dealership, new registration, transfer of license plates and a temporary insurance card and our car loan. One Stop Shopping. It has now been a month..I love my car and the experience we had at Circle BMW. More

I would highly recommend this dealership as well as staff members James and Dan. We have worked very hard and dreamed of buying a BMW for years. On this past Tuesday, our dreams came true. We purchased a 2006 325i. The car is in excellent condition and we received a fair/excellent price. James and the BMW team made the process easy and a pleasant. They were up front with the price, taxes, etc...There we no hidden cost or games. They assisted us with the financing and explained every detail of the contract. We have had bad experiences with previous dealerships and was a little hesitant in going through the purchase process again, BUT Circle BMW of Eatontown, James Castello and Dan Ligouri have made us believer again. We definitely recommend this dealership and will be use them in the future. More
We had visited another local BMW dealership and then went to Circle BMW. We purchased our 2011 X5 here because they were up front with all the fees and taxes. Timothy was wonderful to work with when I brought my truck in this month. He FINALLY got what needed to be done to my truck done without any confusion or going back and forth with management or service truck in this month. He understood what was being requested and made it happen with no problems at all which was a huge relief considering a couple of my previous experiences there. Circle BMW is truly a great dealer where the Service Experience is much more than just a tag line. I did explore other vehicles/dealers during my current evaluation and the experience was the stereotypical "car salesman" pitch. Circle BMW continued to make me feel like an important and valued member of their customer base and I was happy to find a new vehicle that met my buying requirements this time around. More
