we recently had an excellent experience at Circle Subaru, which we wanted to comment on. My daughter had tried out several preowned models and finally picked out a certified Crosstrek, working with Steve which we wanted to comment on. Steve was knowledgeable, personable, extremely professional, and most importantly highly supportive of our daughter, who was having a tough time (but luckily is doing much better now). Steve displayed the utmost patience and did his best to put us all at ease. We truly admired his low-pressure and relaxed style and are definitely planning to return to Steve for our next vehicle. He is a warm and remarkable person who is a credit to the operation at Circle. (we hope his mother reads this.)
