This world subaru was a little far from my location(takes 2 hours drivi I spent a lot of time to search and go to many dealers to deal a new WRX STi. This world subaru was a little far from my location(takes 2 hours driving) and I hesitated to visit this dealership because I had already hard experience to get new car's best pricing and my old car's trade in value with several dealerships. First I visited to World Subaru website and the website took me to Internet sales rep, Katelyn. As soon as I stated what I want exactly, she catched what I wanted and helped so quickly. She made my mind to visit here at the same day because of her assistance. Then, I especially liked dealing with Girsh who is a senior sales consultant. He has a graciousness manner, not seen much anymore. I cannot say detailed price but I can say I believe I got the best deal on the new car and trade in value of my car. Moreover, I wanted to get back my exhaust system of my old car that is expensive one and I can sell it. Girsh said he would do it but I thought this going to take time a lot. That's wrong. He followed up quick and carefully and the exhaust delivered to my home in only 3 days. I am sure this world subaru is the best place I ever experienced. Glen "JR" Miller was phenomenal throughout the process, as was Nicole Sciamarelli who walked me through all the tech inside the car. They got me the car I wanted and, in my opinion, it was a no-nonsense dealership. At no time did I feel uncomfortable talking to Glen ("JR") or anyone else at the dealership. Overall, they seemed to have a great team there. Would definitely buy from them again. More
