World subaru was clean, the guys working on the floor kept checking for any customers which may need help-which is just a sign of a well run business. (i didnt even mind waiting bc I liked the open environment, everyone was doing something, and my sales guy Glen, was cool and down to earth- I felt like i was buying a car from a friend, he sat me down, had all the paperwork ready when I arrived, we took care of the deal beforehand on the price and some leasing stuff, we blitzed thru the papers-he explained all the important stuff, and didnt force one thing out of me. In. Out. Quick. "any questions? Call me here, dont forget you have this this and that, and if any problems, call/come back and ill take care of it." Shows me the car, and then I spoke with the final guy (finance manager and took care of payments) and we left. Great! Love the car, cant wait to send refferals to glen "J.R" miller. Love that he got me a manual impreza while noone had one in stock and everyone else kept giving me the "when can you come in?" runaround. Wish all transactions in business were this smooth and drama free (im looking at you, richard lucas subaru-never again!!) Def one of the good ones out there- Glen "R. Amazing Experience at World Subaru My experience at World Subaru was fantastic when recently leasing a new Legacy.  I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family lookin My experience at World Subaru was fantastic when recently leasing a new Legacy.  I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family looking for a new car.  About 3 weeks prior to making a deal, when I was still researching cars, I stopped into World Subaru to check out the new design Legacy.  Shane Henderson greeted me, was professional, and courteous.  He was extremely knowledgeable about the new Legacy and the features that makes Subaru so special - the safety, the AWD, etc.  We went on a test drive and I loved the car.  Several weeks later I was ready to make a deal.  Shane was just as professional and  knowledgeable as before remembering me from my previous visit.  After not being sure if I needed the Eyesight feature, we went on a test drive and Shane got me hooked.  The system is amazing.  The deal itself was very straightforward and the easiest deal I had ever made on a new car lease.  Before I knew it the car was prepped and ready to go and I took the keys of my new Legacy. The car is nothing short of amazing.  Shane Henderson was the best salesman I ever dealt with and World Subaru was a great dealership to work with.  I hate to think of the day when I have to return the car, but I will for sure be getting another Subaru.
