Five star dealership hell yes I have to start off by saying I've been to a lot of dealerships over the years getting cars for work with family and friends and this place just blew I have to start off by saying I've been to a lot of dealerships over the years getting cars for work with family and friends and this place just blew my mind. My brother and I decided to go look at a used f250 truck that they had on the lot the other day. As we where looking the vechile over a salesmen approached us shook our hands said hi I'm Timmy welcome to world subura. I couldn't believe that one of the salesmen came outside in 5 degree weather to welcome us to the dealership all the ones I've been too usualy wait right by the door when it's cold outside. Not this guy Timmy he stayed outside with us for a hr or more talking with us about the truck other vechile a and even offering us some coffe to help keep warm while we walked the dealership. At most dealerships they don't offer you coffee or water until you step inside and sit at there desk. I thought that was great. So after a few more min we went inside got the keys and went for a drive. The truck ran great just like it was new off the floor. Came back a few min later found Timmy and we made a deal. Now I have to say I purchased the vechile not just because I liked it but because the sales team there made me feel like I was more then a customer I was a friend or even better like part of there own family. With this in mind I would like to say thank you Timmy, Mike, the finance gentlemen ( sorry I Lost ur card) it has been my pleasure doing business with you and I look foward to doing more in near future. He kept in touch with me daily while I was waiting to pick up my new (baby) car. When I arrived in pickup day he spent time with me showing me all the cars functions, switched my plates for me for me etc,and called the next day to make sure everything went well on the ride home. Then called a week or so later to check up on me, and let me know my registration was rdy and he would overnight it to my house.. I surely will be driving the hour for my service and buying my next car from world subaru and girsh Berman. More
