It’s a shame you have to lie. First and foremost I told you all atleast 4 of your staff that I had a pre approval letter as soon as I walked in the door. You have Get pre-approved by Capital One signs all over your building, plus when I received my original pre- approval letter from Capital One they said you were a partner. I contacted them directly to know what to expect. They said give the letter or the reference # and walk out with a vehicle of choice. I also already knew how much my down payment would be. When I walked in and told the guy I had a letter he said lets get you started. I became disgruntled when no one would take my references Letter information. When your finance guy came out I again informed him I had a reference number he said he didn’t need it at that time. At that point I stated do not run my credit as im already approved. Don’t know if your the guy behind the counter, but he yelled out it doesn’t matter if your credit is ran 500 times while purchasing a vehicle it wont affect your credit. You then said either im buying a car or not but you have to complete the paperwork. I said we are leaving with the car of our choice but you better not run my credit and I have a pre approval with a reference number. That’s when you gave me the predatory paperwork, that’s when your finance guy came back and asked me for $550 more to put down and when all was said and done , he came back with the original offer that I walked in the door with. Just trying to get over on a woman. Lastly, it took so long because you were spoon feeding me information about product I asked about extended warranty gaap protection etc and then my interest rate kept going up and the person at the counter had to retype all the paperwork. I was dealing with a bunch of clowns. There were a few staff people that maintained professional composure, but most acted like a bunch of crooks trying to see how much money they can take from me. No your service was no where near good let alone the best. If I could divert any shoppers from this location, I would and please note you will probably hear from the attorney general’s office. As again I did not appreciate you running my credit report and then getting on here lying saying I produced the approval letter after 3.5 hours laters. The owners should take a look at that especially if they have to pay overtime. I should have been in and out of there within 1.5 hours thats 2 hours of my time I can’t get back. But oh well. Such is life. You live you learn and my lesson from this is not to go to another 2 bit, rinky dink neighbor dealer such as yours because you’re crooks that prey on innocent people.
