On day two we spent 4 hrs for nothing to get resolved because the individual helping us that day (not Vinnie) misundersto Excellent customer service. On day two we spent 4 hrs for nothing to get resolved because the individual helping us that day (not Vinnie) misunderstood how we need the contract to be detailed in regards to who should be on the title and contract. I caught an error and canceled that initial contract. Had to go and spent a 3rd day to finalize the final contract, which should have not been necessary. I would go back for other purchases only of Vinnie Lora is the one helping us. More

Poor customer service. Received my new truck with damage to interior and exterior, and it had over 40 miles when picked up.
