Brought my truck in for some recalls and an issue with the osa/ recirc actuator not opening. Had to physically go down to dealership as I didn’t get a call back after texting and leaving two messages. I w the osa/ recirc actuator not opening. I was charged $240 for a technician to tell me the cabin filter not being oem was why it wasn’t working. I have a 120,000 mile warranty on the truck. Today I replaced the filter with an oem filter and tested the actuator. The actuator is still not working. I have purchased six vehicles from this dealership and used their body shop. Apparently that doesn’t mean a thing. The least this dealership can do is refund my $240. More
