I use to buy my cars from City Ford but I won't be now! recently I went in to trade my truck in for a 2013 Chevy Tahoe. when checking out the Tahoe I noticed the AC was acting weird and mentioned it to the recently I went in to trade my truck in for a 2013 Chevy Tahoe. when checking out the Tahoe I noticed the AC was acting weird and mentioned it to the salesman Jacob. He said it was inspected and nothing to worry about but if it did act up they would take care of it. I trusted what he said and ended up buying the Tahoe. a few days later the AC started acting up again and I brought it in. They looked at it and found a leak and the sales team refused to fix it. I was upset as I was promised they would take care of it. Their service guy then fought for me and got the lead fixed (the service guy was great). When they fixed the leak they found that the ac compressor is going bad and again the sales department REFUSED to fix it like they PROMISED!!! The service guy couldn't fight it. I AM TELLING YOU DONT GO TO CITY FORD UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR MASSCIVE REPAIRS!!!!! They haven't even tried to make it right!! Then when I confronted Jacob the salesman he tried to say he never said the AC was inspected and tried to post the text after our in person conversation. He did this to cover his tracks of the lie he told me when I bought the Tahoe. More

City Chevrolet Columbia City really helped me out to service my Chevrolet. Amanda Anderson stayed after work one day (I walked in at closing...I didn't know the time) to hear my problem and process my v service my Chevrolet. Amanda Anderson stayed after work one day (I walked in at closing...I didn't know the time) to hear my problem and process my vehicle into the system. She set up my appointment officially the very next morning via a texting app, which worked perfectly because I do not have cell reception at work. She listened to the problem I had with my vehicle and cross-referenced it with a technical bulletin so that I could see (1) that I wasn't crazy and (2) that the technician working on my car would have excellent work instruction. When I arrived early to my appointment to drop off my vehicle, Amanda was ready with a printout of all my documents, then gave me a shuttle back to work, then dropped my car off after it was finished. Seriously...who does all that? Amazing! What an fantastic person! What a great service center! More

Hi was very disappointed that this dealer lied to me about a possible deal. Olivia who is a sales rep there told me that they got me approved for a vehicle with 2,000 dollars down then when I arrived it about a possible deal. Olivia who is a sales rep there told me that they got me approved for a vehicle with 2,000 dollars down then when I arrived it was 2,000 plus the negative equity on my car so it was now 6,000. I told the manager no and then he got mad and treated me like a jerk. Not only that the online guy named Zach also lied to me saying yeah we are short on Chevy cruzes would you be willing to sell your to us and then I got there and they said no we are not. Based on how the conversation went it looks like Zach was only interested in getting me to the dealer by any means necessary even if that met lying to a customer. More
