I was in a pretty bad car accident and found myself needing something to drive quick that was still going to be something I could afford. Charles at City Ford was the only one able to help me out of 5 needing something to drive quick that was still going to be something I could afford. Charles at City Ford was the only one able to help me out of 5 dealerships that I went to. He was the light in my otherwise dismal situation and I'll forever be grateful to Charles and this dealership for managing to give me some hope back when I felt so hopeless. It means alot. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will go to them from now on without a second thought. They were the last ones I went to because I was afraid of them being a bigger dealership. Afraid that meant they would try and take advantage of my situation, but that couldn't have been farther from the truth. We bought a 2016 Ford Mustang from City Automall and was very happy with our experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Even though we arrived 20 minutes before closing they made us feel welcome very happy with our experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Even though we arrived 20 minutes before closing they made us feel welcome and not rushed. Salesman Thaddeus was awesome! He went over all of the details of the vehicle and made sure our questions were answered. He sent pictures and videos of the car to us on our 2 1/2 hour drive up to the dealership so we could get a better look at the car before we even arrived. He helped negotiate a price we were happy with. The manager also came over and personally thanked us for our business. Joe in Financing was very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend City Automall! More
