Ended well. Made an appointment and drove 90 minutes to see a specific vehicle that they had sold to someone else right before I arrived. Ended up purchasing a ve Made an appointment and drove 90 minutes to see a specific vehicle that they had sold to someone else right before I arrived. Ended up purchasing a vehicle that had a few issues once I got it home. Of course, it was an "as is" vehicle. However, I believe Andrew and Kasey did their best to fix the situation and repair one of the issues. Sally at the service department went out of her way to get me a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired, and they brought my vehicle back to me (1.5 hours away), mostly since they needed the loaner back earlier than I could return it, but it was a great convenience for me, as well. They fixed the AC and it's working thus far. I just wish that this issue had been addressed prior to the sale, since a working AC was advertised. I waited to post my review to see how the repair would go. I am happy with the service I received, as well as the communication I received from salesperson Andrew Maldonado. I realize I can be a difficult customer and they ultimately got me to a place where I can be content. More

2019 Chevy Traverse This is our 6th car in 5 yrs from this dealership (3 new & 3 used). Joe our salesman and Ben Reynolds are why we keep coming back. After dealing wit This is our 6th car in 5 yrs from this dealership (3 new & 3 used). Joe our salesman and Ben Reynolds are why we keep coming back. After dealing with Jeff the new car salesman during this purchase, I would have gone elsewhere if it weren’t for our loyalty to Joe and Ben. I feel talked down to whenever dealing with Jeff and he was not 100% honest with me. He looked me in the eye and told me that they never used Kelly Blue Book when looking at trade values, while standing in front of a giant sign advertising their use of Kelly Bllue Book, even my 16 year old noticed this. Thank you for keeping people like Joe Moravec and Ben Reynolds, as long as they are there we will keep coming back. More
