Okay - could've been better We came in specifically to buy an F-150 listed online. Admittedly, we did not have an appointment, but were greeted promptly and friendly. Sales had a difficult time tracking down the vehicle, but once they did, we were able to immediately drive it and confirm we wanted it. This was a simple cash buy - and this is where I think things could've gone better. For one, Chad repeatedly asked us if we wanted to take the truck home that day...it was a question that was repeated and seemed unnecessary, as we made it very clear we were there to write a check and drive off. Secondly, the amount of time it took to get paperwork together for such an easy transaction seemed very excessive. It was "just a few minutes" multiple times, and when we finally got to the finance office, the paperwork wasn't quite right, so much of it had to be reprinted. Overall, we got the truck we wanted for a fair price. Everyone was courteous. I have nothing negative to say - but do think we could've spent a lot less time for such an easy sale. More
