I showed up at 5pm ready to sign paperwork and I wanted to do it all right away before my bank closed and I told them that. I felt like they dragged their feet so I had to use one of their banks as by the to do it all right away before my bank closed and I told them that. Once I told them I wanted to buy the vehicle and begin the paperwork no one came to give me an update on how long everything was going to take. I didn't leave until almost 9pm. No one gave me any updates, I had to go to an office where a bunch of people where to get an update on how long. Two times I had to go see how much longer and both times I was told not much longer. One guy said 'I heard 2 minutes but that was 30 minutes ago' zero updates on how long it was going to take. I drove two hours to this dealership. And I asked if there was a second key to which I was told yes but they couldn't find it and they would contact me the next day to let me know. They didn't contact me, I had to contact them the day after I was told I would hear back from them and they told me they were wrong and it only comes with one key. Now I have to drive two hours back to the dealership to get a second key they are going to make for me. More
