The Service Director, Brian, went to bat for us with Chrysler to resolve an ongoing brake howl problem with our Dodge Caravan. The problem started after a complete front-end brake job and then continued Chrysler to resolve an ongoing brake howl problem with our Dodge Caravan. We love the new 2022 Jeep Wrangler that we found at City Chrysler, Dodge Jeep, Ram, Fiat of Brookfield and the purchase couldn't have gone smoother thanks to our salesperson Alex Garcia and Brian in the Fin Chrysler, Dodge Jeep, Ram, Fiat of Brookfield and the purchase couldn't have gone smoother thanks to our salesperson Alex Garcia and Brian in the Finance Dept. We were give a fair price for the trade in of our 2012 Wrangler and were in and out with our new vehicle in less than 2 hours. There was a minor issue with our transaction that we discovered after we left the dealer but Alex and his managers corrected the matter immediately which was quite impressive and much appreciated.
