They sold the part that had been ordered for me to another dealership without consulting me. They then had me come in for an appointment at 7am knowing there would be no technicians until 7:30. Then another dealership without consulting me. They then had me come in for an appointment at 7am knowing there would be no technicians until 7:30. Then they had me sit there and wait an hour before they came to tell me they sold the back ordered part specifically ordered for my vehicle to another dealer. They didn't seem particularly sorry about it. Their communication between departments is crap. Megan in service calls to tell me the part is in. I needed to reschedule my appointment due to COVID isolation protocols and called with 48 hours notice. Spoke to Brandon who said he'd deleted my appointment so made me re-explain why I needed my appointment. Then got an email I missed my appointment. How is that possible if Brandon deleted it? Then, when I get there I find out my GD part has been sold! So service doesn't communicate with techs, service doesn't communicate with parts. This is not the first issue that has come up but is definitely the last for me. More

Charge $50 to complete the work order. Ridiculous. Between parts and labor over $100 per cylinder to change the spark plugs. I doubt I will be taking my business there again. Ridiculous.
