This is the worst dealership I have ever worked with. I ordered a SRT Durango and after it being ordered in correctly by them, I was asked to be patient as Mike would order me a new Durango, but he said I ordered a SRT Durango and after it being ordered in correctly by them, I was asked to be patient as Mike would order me a new Durango, but he said he was going to order me a 2022 for no additional fees for my inconvenience. After waiting 10 months my vehicle arrived April 4th, 2022. I was then told I needed to renegotiate my price. I told them exactly what Mike told me as well as Dawn. I was called crazy. Mike called and told me to take him to court. I said you would be lying under oath. He replied "prove it." and hung up on me. After being a customer for 20 yrs and purchasing 9 vehicles, I was treated less than any human being should be treated. Mike Schlossman is not a business man with character or integrity. Not only will I never use any of his dealerships, I will make sure to share it with everyone I know. I was then stuck with the vehicle I did not want. This is one of the worse experiences I have ever had at a business. More

Matt took care of what I came in for and more. I worked in car dealerships in the parts and service for over 40 years. I was under the impression the customer had to sign for all quotes or changes I worked in car dealerships in the parts and service for over 40 years. I was expecting a test of the engine light and the thermostat replacement. I was charged also for an Inspection. I did not want get into anything at the dealership because I was not in the best of moods because of dealing with my wife’s cancer. I did not sign for anything. Peter Korth More
