And when we had one item we wanted the service team to fix, they were extremely friendly, wrote it into the contract and we were able to sign the paperwork right away. While the process was a bit longer than we'd have liked, the extremely courteous and friendly staff made things pleasant for us in the mean time. Ruben was a rockstar and made us feel at ease as we walked through the financials, even complimenting the pre-approval I had which made the process simple. He was so friendly, and he and my husband talked about music/concerts as we waited for the system to complete the task.
