Had an appointment for 10 am on sat 9/16/23. Had to wait for 20 minutes for advisor. And that was after i complained. I was very disappointed with the lack of transparency concerning the availability of a driver to take me from dealership to work. Should be honest if there is an issue, not just send a person to the wai concerning the availability of a driver to take me from dealership to work.
