My oil and filter change on July 7, 2022 was $15. 64 (My oil and filter) My oil change on July 11, 2023 cost $36 (again my oil and filter) Thus price more than doubled in one year. And when I tried to buy an oil filter for my Jeep Grand Cherokee the parts guy said it would cost over $100. NAPA Butler sold me one for $6.00 I know you are spending a lot on the remodel but it looks like I can no longer afford you! More

Had dealer coupon for 2 oil changes for $100, had car serviced and was told upon picking up my car they could not honor the coupon because the car originally was from Canada. Prior service work from Cana serviced and was told upon picking up my car they could not honor the coupon because the car originally was from Canada. Prior service work from Canada shows kilometers not mileage when work was completed. It makes no sense to me, I was told to contact the dealer who sold me the car which I did. They were dumbfounded also. I paid the bill for $110 oil change. Will not be returning to this dealership. I have had the car for several years and never had this reaction from other dealerships when having service. More
