I live 200 miles from City. The day before I came down I called and asked if City could do a deal on the advertised price and my trade. They said yes they could so I put 1k down The day before I came down I called and asked if City could do a deal on the advertised price and my trade. They said yes they could so I put 1k down to hold the vehicle. When I arrived to close the deal, the price had jumped $7k. Total waste of my time until I showed you team that they were pricing the wrong vehicle. After an agonizing couple of hours we finally got to our original number. Life is too short for this sharrade! The service department at City CDJR is very accommodating and always gets my truck in on short notice for both routine maintenance and repairs. Besides the oil change and tire rotation, I reported a slow ai and always gets my truck in on short notice for both routine maintenance and repairs. Besides the oil change and tire rotation, I reported a slow air leak in one tire. Gabriel told me that they could not find a leak, but if the tire pressure continues to go down, he would dig deeper to find the problem and not charge me for the additional time. That is exceptional service. More
