Every time I left a message no return call. called on Thursday was told they were waiting on a part tracking number said Friday afternoon, so I told. My rep was very knowledgeable and helpful with the problem I was having, and had on the spot answers to all of my questions. Primary issue was a battery failure. But I gave him a list of other minor i problem I was having, and had on the spot answers to all of my questions. Primary issue was a battery failure. Even explained how to properly use one of my vehicles features. He was organized, patient as I asked questions, and demonstrated a clear passion for trucks in general. He even gave me some tire recommendations for my upcoming tire change, and printed them off. Honestly, I was also happy because everything was covered under warranty. But then he reminded me about all remaining warranty coverage and explained what each was. Super helpful. Would like to work with him again and i will be returning. Thank you. More
