Got the deal done but forgot to mention gap insurance and called back the next day and was told that they couldn’t add it, told me to contact my insurance provider, did that and they don’t provide gap insura called back the next day and was told that they couldn’t add it, told me to contact my insurance provider, did that and they don’t provide gap insurance. The service writer didn’t even walk out to my car when I pulled in the bay. Other service reps were smoking outside the doors to the north and all the smoke was blowing back into the service areas making it pulled in the bay. Other service reps were smoking outside the doors to the north and all the smoke was blowing back into the service areas making it smell like they were smoking inside the building. The only friendly person in that area was the women who checked on my multiple times and giving me updates on my truck. More
