The service notes were jotted down by the service writer on stick up notes. I asked if the computer was "down" and she responded that she would enter to the computer later. One of the communications I received during the day was a reminder for my appointment the Next day from 9:30 to 9:45 which I have no idea what it would have been for. When I was returned to the shop I was presented with a bill for 180 dollars for a conventional oil change, a side marker bulb replaced, and a look at the rear air conditioning which was blocked off before I owned this minivan. I raised an issue with another service advisor about the high price, and he conferred with Angela and they offered me a 10 dollar coupon. I grudgingly accepted. I have been using this service dept. for over 10 years and have never felt taken advantage of until now. More
