Not great communication throughout the day regarding status of my wrangler. Had to call twice. Troubled visit - 2 things went poorly & had to revisit to have fixed. Wheel nuts were not properly tightened after tire alignment (2nd visit that this happened) and cabin filter install left loud noises comi have fixed. This is my second experience at the dealership since it changed ownership. I bought my vehicle there when it was Schlossman's. Both experiences since were very disappointing. With both experiences the dealership reduced my bill to try to make up for the poor experiences. All I asked them to do was to improve their service personnel and communication! I was told they are short staffed and trying to hire qualified people. I wouldn't recommend them unless things improve........ More
