FOLLOW-UP: Received a call from the service rep on day 4 that the auto has been in Schlossmann's hands saying the car WASN'T done because a bay wasn't open apparently ALL day. It was their belief that I would be fine keeping my car there yet another day because I had their crappy loaner, but it's not. Irate to say the least. We will be in the market to buy another SUV by the end of 2014 and I can guarantee it won't be coming from this dealership or a Dodge. Chevy, here we come.
