The initial call to me with the cost for the work performed and parts blew me off my feet. Costly parts I can understand but when I saw $897 for labor I was in shock. The service manager provided a nice discount but the total invoice price still leaves a retired individual quite a burden. The free ride home while the van was being serviced and the return ride back to the dealership was very nice and appreciated. More

No one seems to care. Glad i just spent $50k to get treated like a chump. Note to them , treat people like you want to be treated. Ill be buying my durango this summer elsewhere More

Salesman who sold the car (it was used) to my mother-in-law intervened, saying that when sold to my mother-in-law, hadn't been provided with the wheel lock key, so fee for chipping off locks was waived. As it turned out, he also ended up providing wheel look key that worked and didn't even need to chip off key! More

I told him ok. Took forever to get transmission in over 3 weeks. Told me it was on train from Mexico. When I picked up service manager told me it was a used refurbished transmission. I was extremely dissatisfied with this but I just wanted it to be over. Felt betrayed. Be worn not to deal with this dealership!!! I'd never buy another Jeep either :) More

November 2013, Durango overheats and new thermostat (and radiator and god knows what else we're paying for is needed to the tune of $1,400+). Drop car off on a Saturday and they're kind enough to provide a loaner since the radiator part supposedly had to come down from Green Bay. Great! No call on Monday on whether or not car is done. Called twice end of day being placed on hold each time for 10 minutes. Call back a third time and was told the technician was gone and no status can be provided ("Didn't look like he finished"). Tuesday arrives and still no call the whole day. Called them at the end of day and was told the car was done and that they hadn't called because the paperwork wasn't completed yet. Okay, fine. I asked for total and then say I will pick it up by end of day. An hour later, my wife receives a call at home (mind you I've told no less than 3 times over the last 4 days to call my cell phone) saying to call Dodge. I hear a message stating that the technician didn't do the service that both the technician and the service rep told me was a critical need for my car when I dropped it off on Saturday where I provided my authorization to do ALL recommended services. Crystal clear. The service was also included as part of the whole total the rep provided not an hour ago for which I didn't complain. I'm very easy going and a pretty understanding soul, but their lack of customer service and the inconvenience they've caused my family has made me livid. I'm getting my service records and NEVER returning here. Not the first time I've had an issue here, but will be my last. More
