This place is horrible. Every time I call to find out more info about a car listed online, no one has a clue to what they are talking about. I really think they only half listen to your request because y more info about a car listed online, no one has a clue to what they are talking about. I really think they only half listen to your request because you have to repeat your request about 5 times before they tell you they dont have an answer and that they will call you back about the availability of a vehicle. IF they call you back, most likely the vehicle is "not available" I have become convinced that they list vehicles they dont even own in order to gain people's interest. This has now happened to me 3 times in the past 2 weeks with this business. My husband purchased a truck from Schlossman's Subaru City within 6 months, 3 alerts have gone off about things that are wrong with the vehicle. They won't do anything for him since he didn't buy a warranty. I also bought a subaru from subaru city years ago and then engine blew up in the car not even 1 year after owning it. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be calling them back or giving them my business!!!!!!! More

I bought my car from their used car lot back in april 2010 with that I have 3 years of oil changes at theheir brookfield location. Since then they have been nothing but a headache. My back wiper was brok 2010 with that I have 3 years of oil changes at theheir brookfield location. Since then they have been nothing but a headache. My back wiper was broken and they had to fix they couldn't answer any questions on my warrenty. I had my check engine light come and I stopped in to ask them about it and they to my face said I didn't buy my car from them. Now I'm in redeeming one of my oil changes that I made an appointment for 2 days in advance and I have to sit and wait while they go pick up an oil filter for my car. I will never buy from them again and I'm about at the point where the free oil changes aren't worth it More

Had a small recall issue to get fixed, Andy the Service Advisor promptly and courteously took care of me. While waiting I chatted with Ted in the showroom which made the time fly. I was then on my way with a free Jeep wash and was happy with the overall service and attitude of all the staff at Schlossmann's Dodge City, I'll be back. More
