the service itself was done well however i had to travel a couple of hours to get to the service department for recalls, but when car was return I had 0 mi left of gas and when I left it with them it had 1 a couple of hours to get to the service department for recalls, but when car was return I had 0 mi left of gas and when I left it with them it had 10 giving me enough to get to gas station. when I asked if they could put some in my tank to at least get me to gas station, they said i could drive carefully through the back lot straight to a gas station but their gas cards were all locked. This needs to be unlocked for those that drive a far distance just to because of recalls. More

My service at City Kia was a little time consuming with my vehicle even though I had an appointment, but I appreciate Abel for making sure that my time there was peaceful despite the wait.
