The vehicle was scheduled for routine maintenance (Oil and Filter Change) along with a recall servicing. However, the service was billed for 3 additional items(add ons) which were not initially discussed and Filter Change) along with a recall servicing. However, the service was billed for 3 additional items(add ons) which were not initially discussed at the time of vehicle arrival at the shop. Meanwhile, the after service car wash was poor and unsatisfying. Moreover, the recall servicing team didn't properly check the 3rd row seat adjustment issues which were clearly visible to take a look into. More
