I have taken my car about 4-5 times with the same issue into the dealership. 2 times they couldn't fin tje problem and just did updates. The other 3 times they replaced different parts but the same issue k into the dealership. 2 times they couldn't fin tje problem and just did updates. The other 3 times they replaced different parts but the same issue keeps happening and no permanent fix has been done. Joseph has been the advisor in most of my visits and he always seems to be lost with the communication and and with what is going on with the vehicle. Also every time I have to drop off the vehicle for a diagnostic on the same issued is kept longer than a day so I don't have a car in the meantime. I have asked the advisors to talk to a manager about my situation to see if a rental can be provided in the meantime since it's the same recurring issue and they never even try to help. Its just frustrating because every time I can't go to work because I don't have a car. More

My husband is the one who took the car for a recall. His experience was so terrible, it made me question if we should start looking for another car from the company.
