Awesome! Couldn't be happier with the City Kia! I leased my wife a white 2018 Kia Forte in March and bought out the lease in September. I had the pleasure of working with Jason Mink and his team. When I bought out the Forte, I sold my 2014 Silverado to them which lead to making a great deal on both ends. Two weeks after buying the car, me and my wife are moving to Arizona. Jason and his team coordinated the shipping of the vehicle for us at a very very fair cost. The car came last night and we couldn't be happier. Overall, if I were to buy another Kia, even living in Arizona, I would purchase it from City Kia because they are a great dealership and they care about their clients, that's the most important part to me. More

Worst dealership ever!! Let's start from the beginning!! 1) they screwed up the paperwork, cosigner was put as the owner!! 2) registered the truck to the wrong state!! 3) gav Let's start from the beginning!! 1) they screwed up the paperwork, cosigner was put as the owner!! 2) registered the truck to the wrong state!! 3) gave us the run around and didn't fix there mistakes!! 4) two weeks after buying the truck I was towed from the side of the highway!! Kia charged me $88 for a new battery!! Yup 2 weeks and already $88 in maintenance!! After buying the battery guess what yup I was towed once again!! This time transmission problems!! I let the dealership know my concerns and how I felt about all the issues with the truck that has occurred in less then 60 days of purchase! And I didn't want to take back the truck!! The send Saleman Preston mink to walk the lot with me to find another truck within same price range!! Go back fill all the paperwork out and was told, I'd get a call the next day!! No call came for 3 days!! Third day I went back to the dealership!! Jorge Chavez tells me there are two banks willing to approve the loan for the exchange on the broken truck they sold me!! Another car salesman comes over after we been sitting over an hour and said there was no approval!! These salesman and there management team can't tell the difference between there xxx and there elbows!! Nevermind knowing anything about selling a GOOD USED CAR!!! If you want to experience being stuck on the side of the highway waiting for a tow, paying maintenance frees less then 14 days of buying then this is the dealership for you!! If you want great customer service experience salesman that knows what there doing, this isn't the place for you!! All these guys should be retrained! And even trained to deal with people!! Not pass you off like a hot potato! I GIVE THIS PLACE TEN THUMBS DOWN!! More
