The approval process can sometimes be lengthy so they try to expedite the process the best they can. I especially love the video tour of the vehicle inspection from the service tech. That really takes it to a new level. More

Emmanuel helped me very well and was understanding. I came in for a simple tire patch/tire replacement. Even though my road hazard warranty was expired; Emmanuel helped me out within reason. That is how you gain and keep a customer. I will absolutely go to this Nissan for further repairs if need be. More

Initially, I wrote a review and it was called by management so they could try and get a five star review instead of my one star review. From three hour oil changes, to arguments about your warranty, management so they could try and get a five star review instead of my one star review. From three hour oil changes, to arguments about your warranty, so you have to pull it out every time or speak to management, to my latest encounter. I was asked to bring in my car for a Engine recall, and turbo hose recall. I told them I could not go over the five day rental car limit because we are a one car household. Janine was nice enough to say that she would accommodate me. She had Cree The service manager contact me and told me to bring in my vehicle. I brought in my vehicle they took my key had me sign that I would bring the rental card back how I got it. Upon my return because I could not go over five days on the rental, they tried to charge me for an inspection. Upon their inspection, they found that my transmission mount needed to be replaced. Eric in service told me that it was not covered, upon further investigation he found that it was covered and said he would have to wait for approval. I had to bring my Rental car back to make sure I did not go over the five days. I was going to be charged for an inspection that was initially for a turbo hose. They did not put that down on the inspection. Cree came out, and I explained that I brought my car in for the engine recall in for the turbo hose recall. She told me that I brought it in for a knocking in the engine. I told her there was a knocking in my engine, but I brought it in due to a recall on the engine. I informed her that I was not going to pay for the inspection because I did not bring it in initially for those things. She walked away and came back and told me that I would be responsible for the rental car since my car was not fixed yet before it could be approved through their claims department. I told her I didn’t feel that that was right and that they didn’t even fix my turbo hose while they had my car there. I have been told that the turbo hose did not need to go to the claims department. She also told me that she was going to call the regional office that I had made my complaint too and said that I would have to pay. She came back and she told me don’t worry you do not have to pay, go ahead and take your car and as soon as we have the parts, we will go ahead and fix it. She walked away to get her business card for me so that I could contact her, upon her return she said that the regional office just called and said that my parts were approved and that I could get everything fixed. I just got off the phone with consumer affairs for Nissan that said that they had no knowledge of the turbo hose, they only heard about the transmission mount and that’s what they were trying to charge me for. I keep hearing from everybody about honesty and transparency from the dealership, yet the service department does not reflect that. They do not look into your warranty, they take maximum time to fix any problem, I am a disabled veteran 100% permanent and have to take my wife and child to work and school. The fact that the parts magically appeared, and that all the sudden magically everything was approved, even though consumer affairs says it was not approved yet through claims is a mystery to me. They did not give me a copy of my paperwork, but instead sent me on my way. I told them if they are recording phone calls. They should check their phone calls so they can hear the conversations. You can find a quality car with quality service a lot of places, but service on your car at this place is not something that is provided at all. From now on anything that happens between me and the dealership will have to be in writing to make sure they are not doing Things that I did not ask them to do. Also, you would think the covering things under your warranty would just be something they would do, but you will get an extremely hard time for any service you have done besides an oil change that takes three hours or a tire patch that takes 2 to 3 hours.
