Went in for an oil change and software update. Next day, I noticed I had a huge pool of dark liquid in my driveway. They have not been able to resolve a dead battery issue since I bought the truck in 09/23. I have brought the truck many times & they cannot find the issue. I would never recommend this dealership or vehic since I bought the truck in 09/23. I have brought the truck many times & they cannot find the issue. I shouldn't any issues with a brand new truck, but I've to had the battery die at least six time, even when they replaced the battery. More

Called ahead to make an appointment for 1:15 PM. so that I would not have to wait long. Was told it would be no more than an hour. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and cabin and engine filter change. I mentioned I need to open the glove compartment since its broken. Last time I was called to go to the back and open it up. Gen engine filter change. I mentioned I need to open the glove compartment since its broken. Last time I was called to go to the back and open it up. Gentleman said he understood. I next get a quote for a new glove box and my batter is leaking but tested good so cant use the warranty. I didn't understand this especially since i bought the battery from the dealership. Since the battery tested fine it cant be changed out. I get the explanation but the verbiage when initially said didnt... parts, ill start looking somewhere else. This time, service was not what I usually experience. More
