Not at all happy about my last experience at City Limits. 2 plus hours for an oil change with an appointment and they hadn't even started. When I questioned my service advisor he lied and told me the oil c 2 plus hours for an oil change with an appointment and they hadn't even started. When I questioned my service advisor he lied and told me the oil change had been done. When I told him I could see they never lifted the hood, he told me they drain it from below. (They never lifted the truck either) when he took me out to the bay the mechanic confirmed they hadn't touched the truck yet. More
