Today I purchased a lease on a 2024 Subaru Outback XT Onyx edition from City Limits Subaru dealership. After being personally insulted at Subaru Austin by the sales manager I was ready to just give up. O Onyx edition from City Limits Subaru dealership. On my way home I received a phone call from Sterling at City Limits asking if I was still interested in an Outback. I told her my situation and she welcomed the challenge. Sterling was personable, patient and knowledgeable. I later received a call from Wally and he said he really hated to see me finance so much negative equity and asked if I'd be interested in a lease. I'm thinking is this guy for real? I've never had a Sales Manger care as much as he did. I had leased a vehicle before and it never was the best experience but Wally insisted it's not the same as it was 10 years ago and he wanted to help me out. I didn't think this type of dealership existed anymore, but boy he changed my attitude. City Limits Subaru gave me $5,000 more on my trade in than Subaru Austin was offering. I'm not bragging, and maybe its foolish of me to say this, but I've purchase over 50 cars so far in my life and I don't see this vice changing anytime soon. Please keep that comment from my wife.
