We drove from Huntsville Alabama but not before putting a deposit down and coordinating specifics. We got there as arranged and no one had any idea of us, the car had flat bald tires, fluids hadn’t even been checked. They continue to email us, asking if we are happy with our transaction. We went with Carvana and had an absolutely flawless transaction. Couldn’t recommend Carvana enough! Check them out, not city Mitsubishi. City Mitsubishi are NOT to be trusted. More

Go to pick up a week later and they never changed the oil, cabin filter or detailed the car. The next day the car smelled like garbage inside. Took it back and they did perform the service. Sends it to detailing and they bring it out and never even wiped the inside of the windows down. Sales manager then hands me $40 to take it to a car wash to get it cleaned. Now think about that. You buy a vehicle and they couldn’t even detail the car. Run and I mean run from this place. What a horrible experience for a dealership. More

Later that day they called us and we agreed on a price that was essentially what I had offered them a few hours earlier. Less than 20 minutes later we arrived there to complete the paperwork and they were literally in the process of completing the paper work for the same vehicle with another customer. Avoid them and especially Carlos like the plague. They are double dealers and have never understood the merits of the Golden Rule. More
They'll do anything to get a sale except what you want unless you put up a fight had to be overly assertive to get a good deal and the deal was still lacking in total satifaction. unless you put up a fight had to be overly assertive to get a good deal and the deal was still lacking in total satifaction. I purchased a vehicle from Jacksonville fl City Mitsubishi on June 13, 2020 an everything went as planed. Over three weeks later I was contacted and was told that I owe an existing balance on a tra Mitsubishi on June 13, 2020 an everything went as planed. Over three weeks later I was contacted and was told that I owe an existing balance on a trade in. Now my bank worked with the sales manager and Finance manager on finalizing the deal before I purchased the vehicle. I was rudely called and told that I owe a balance and that they will put a lien on my registration and keep my banks title for the car; because of their mistake on the payoff amount. But the finance department cashed the check on June 17, 2020. So i have been harassed about more money after the deal has been done, and the money is in their account. They are refusing to send payment on the payoff lien holder and making me have to pay on a vehicle that i no longer have possession of. Also the vehicle had previous damaged, so they really got more than what the vehicle was worth. I was just trying to help the business make money during this COVID-19 Pandemic. Now Mrs. Morales said that she is going to make an example out of me; knowing that I can’t afford a Lawyer. Yes I am an African American also! I worked with Finance Manager Sonya Morales More
Buyer beware!!! I purchased an Audi Q5 10/2019. The buying experience was great but it ends there. In December my rear tires went bald. Took it to Firestone, the alignment was severely off. They could buying experience was great but it ends there. In December my rear tires went bald. Took it to Firestone, the alignment was severely off. They could not perform an alignment because the Audi requires a special part. I called the service department and spoke with Paul. He told me what work was done when the car was stocked in. An alignment was one of them. He said to bring my car to the svc dept. I did, they performed an alignment at no charge. We are in February, the tires I bought in December are now bald. Took it back to Paul at Mitsubishi. He said their tech couldn't get it perfect. Request I take it to the Audi dealership. They said the part was unable to be turned and recommended replacement. Warranty won't cover they cited wear and tear. Paul in service hung up on me when I was questioning the diagnosis. My issue is they knew the alignment could not be done when they stocked in the car. Warranty not worth the paper it's printed on. Now I'm stuck with a car that needs costly repairs. I don't recommend. More
Don't trust them - buyer beware! I live in Tampa, but was willing to make the drive to Jacksonville for a good price on a 2016 Audi A4 with 29K miles. No issues visible in the online I live in Tampa, but was willing to make the drive to Jacksonville for a good price on a 2016 Audi A4 with 29K miles. No issues visible in the online photos, and I spoke to 2 different people on at least 5 occasions and explicitly asked, "before I drive 3 hours to see this car are there any issues with it that aren't on the CarFax or the pictures?" I was assured it was perfect with no issues each time. As we drove up they had the car pulled up front, and from 50 feet away I could see a large dent and a scrape on the passenger side that wasn't visible in the online photos. Things weren't starting off well. I drove the car and mechanically it seemed fine, but I was not at all happy they hadn't mentioned the dent and it didn't give me much confidence in anything they told me moving forward. They told me they had a dent guy that could fix it while we waited (I dragged my daughter with me to drive my other car back to Tampa in case I purchased the car) but just looking at the damage, which started on the front passenger door, was extensive on the rear door and continued on the right rear fender, I had serious doubts this would happen. After 2 hours of waiting, it didn't. To be fair, after several more hours and multiple conversations with the sales manager, general manager, and service manager, they agreed to fix the damage and ship the car to Tampa, which they did. The repair was acceptable, but not great, and the car was delivered to me a week later. Also, I have to say that dealing with the service advisor during that process was a positive experience - I think he's the only person I dealt with who actually told me the truth. Unfortunately, the issues didn't end there. I had also asked multiple times while I was at the dealership if the car had been serviced, checked out thoroughly and the oil changed recently, and was assured that it had. Because they hadn't been truthful with me on much else, however, I immediately took the car to Audi of Tampa to have it checked. When they ran the initial diagnostic, it did say that the 30K service interval had been performed, but when they dug a little deeper they discovered that none of it had actually been done - that the service interval and oil change indicators had simply been reset. The amazing part was that they also discovered that the car had an AudiCare package on it which was transferrable, so if City Mitsubishi had bothered to take the car to an authorized Audi service center the work would have been performed at no cost. Needless to say, I had Audi of Tampa actually perform the work under the AudiCare package, which would have cost around $3K out of pocket. Look, this isn't my first time buying a used car and I know you take your chances regardless of who you deal with, but in today's world where everything is transparent online I would think an "authorized" dealership would be a bit more concerned about their reputation. Take a look at some of the other reviews of this dealership. They have a history of not disclosing major issues with cars that they obviously know about. This is an old-school, say whatever you need to say to get the sale dealership, there are too many other ways to buy a car these days, and you could probably do just as well at the buy here, pay here, Crazy Eddie dirt lots.
