Great experience thanks to a couple of great employees! I was pleasantly surprised that most of the cars looked as good as their internet photos. Edgar was my first point of contact and very helpful in providing me the information I needed to convince me to make the 3.5 hour drive to come see what City Volkswagen has to offer. Once there it was Edgar’s day off but he set me up with Eddie and he did a great job showing me all the vehicles I was interested in. After deciding on a specific car and test drive Eddie helped with the negotiation to finalize the deal on a car. I had to come back up on a Saturday to pick up the car and was greeted by both Eddie and Edgar. The dealership payed for my Uber from the airport so I could pick up my car. The service was great from Edgar, Eddie and Sam. If I ever need another Volkswagen I will certainly go back to City Volkswagen. Thank you, Shawn More

Next day, walking into city vw, not that he knew us but welcomed once again. Car i wanted to see was ready to do test drive within 10minutes of us waling into dealer. Very easy steps and he pulled hard to meet the price expectation and we did agree in best deal. Took us an hour with finance department(which was also great guy name brent worked hard to get us extra care we needed) i think this was best and fastest experience i have had in dealership. By the way, this is my 8th car exp. and this was the best. Thanks ernie and brent. More
