Great experience at city Volkswagen I came to city Volkswagen about 2 months ago looking for a used Passat, and was helped by David Campos. I test drove a couple cars, but didn’t end up I came to city Volkswagen about 2 months ago looking for a used Passat, and was helped by David Campos. I test drove a couple cars, but didn’t end up finding the car that was just right for me. David understood and I walked out having a good experience, but without a car. I looked at several other dealerships, but didn’t feel like I was getting the personal attention and empathy that I got from David. Fast forward 2 months and I found my way back to city Volkswagen where I was greeted again by David. We were able to find a car I really liked, and I pulled the trigger! I think their price was fair but I could have negotiated a little lower, but I was happy to give David my business. I will be back for my next car! More

After calling Ray about a car and heading my way there, he promptly called me back to make sure that I knew that the car I was coming to see was a manual transmission.
