Andre suggested that I work with Sylvia Nesheiwat to finance the vehicle and she really put in a lot of time and effort on the phone to make this vehicle a reality for us. She worked with the Warranty Company as well . At first they said that the vehicle was ineligible for coverage however through Sylvia's efforts we were able to gain the warranty which gave us the piece of mind we need to pull the trigger on this beauty. The fact is with newer cars, especially German, no one knows them better than the dealers. AutoBarn City Volkwagen is by far a better experience. They competitively price their service and offer the same professional and courteous service as FJ VW without a "hand in your pocket". Additionally, at AB I was able to speak with the mechanic about the work as well as Conrad, who was able to explain knowledgably the deatails of the repair and why what needed to be done. I had my car in and out in one day knowing exactly what was done. After having FJ work on my car for 21 days, I didn't get much better prices at all, nor was it easy to be able to speak with someone who could competently explain the details of the repair. I would suggest to anyone in the Chicagoland area with a VW to take it to AutoBarn for their service less they have a family friend mechanic. More
