I got Cheated!!! I bought my VW in with an antifreeze leak. The gentleman said " Oh its your thermostat and it needs to be changed". Now to the tune of $500 I let them I bought my VW in with an antifreeze leak. The gentleman said " Oh its your thermostat and it needs to be changed". Now to the tune of $500 I let them change it. I took the car home and didn't drive it for a few days. Went to pull out of my garage and more antifreeze than when I took it in for service. Took the car back and they said "Oh its just residual antifreeze leaking". And I said after 7 days? OK. Right. Took it somewhere else and its just a Heater core hose for $150. I just got cheated out of $350. I will never go back to this dealer again... More

The driver called just before we arrived and was there for us no waiting. We were greeted and treated with the up most of respect by Rick Ferraro. He brought the two Passat's up front for us to look at and test drive. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was very personable and courteous to our family. The car we decided upon needed servicing. It was a typical busy Saturday in the maintenance department. It was taking some time for them to get it in. He offered to pay for our lunch, which I declined, but I appreciated the gesture. They have several nice apple computers with big screens that gave my son something to do. Best experience with finance and a truly great Passat SLE premium. Merceedes you have been put on notice lol. VW is a better car for much less money More
