I found the car that fit my internet search at The Autobarn City Volkswagen on Irving Park Rd. in Chicago. I was somewhat disappointed that we would have to go 70+ miles to buy a car, but it was well worth the trip!!! Prior to our trip, Sales Staff members and I had several conversations about the car’s description, condition and the out of State buying procedure. When we arrived, everything was perfect. The car physically, visually and mechanically was excellent, as they said it was, and to our pleasant surprise, it even had a few more options than we had expected. This extraordinary Sales Team Lead by Mr. Drescher. Mr. Wisznicki, and Mr. Ford, were knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond our expectations. Everyone there went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, happy and more than satisfied. They showed us Great hospitality, product knowledge, consideration, and care for our concerns and desires. Their contagious enthusiasm made this buying experience and absolute pleasure. We were having so much fun, we actually lost track of time. Although they wouldn’t admit it, I think they were actually waiting for us to leave so they could lock up and go home. They made sure, we were confident in the operation of all the options, gadgets and goodies before we left, and encouraged us to return should we need further assistance for anything. We worked with Miki Kadric as our sales person, and then Adam Sanchez in finance. Miki was very friendly, but about what you might expect with a car salesman, a little fast-talking and pushy. We left there feeling so great about our purchase. He was friendly and willing to explain and walk us through everything (this was our first car purchase) even though it was pretty late on a Saturday night. I didn't feel like he was trying to slide little extras into our contract, like you hear about at so many dealerships. We shopped around quite a bit before we eventually decided on a car, and never before had we come across with anyone as genuine as Adam in this industry. It really left us with a good feeling, like we had made the right (and SMART) decision. Honestly, if I could divide the above ratings between Miki and Adam, I'd have given Miki all 4s and Adam all 5s. He truly was exceptional. Thanks again, Adam! More
