I came to city Volkswagen, expecting to test, drive and eliminate the Volkswagen from my list of car options. But I was surprised and delighted by the car and the team. Everyone I dealt with was friendly a eliminate the Volkswagen from my list of car options. But I was surprised and delighted by the car and the team. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable and any questions they didn’t know, they answered honestly and then found the answer for me. Steven was friendly and low key. He was very honest about his likes and the things he didn’t love about the car. That was very refreshing!! Of course the car buying experience is never 100% smooth, but the team rolled with the punches and was patient with my buying experience. They offered a great deal, and I could not be happier with my purchase! More
