We started with Keith, in sales, who was knowledgeable, kind, upfront, and just generally fun to work with. After a few days, and a change of vehicle of interest, we worked with Omar and Trevor. Omar was r kind, upfront, and just generally fun to work with. After a few days, and a change of vehicle of interest, we worked with Omar and Trevor. Omar was relatable and quick to get answers we needed as the process progressed. Trevor was on top of getting the finance approved and didn't hesitate to correct a price error at the very last minute. We even had a last minute issue to fix with our financer and Maggie, the finance mgr helped us through! I've bought 4 cars in my lifetime, and City Volkswagen and their crew have locked themselves in at my #1 experience. More
