This review would be a 5 if I would solely base it on the car I purchased and the sales people I worked with. However, dealing with the financial person is another story. After I purchased the vehicle and was reviewing all the paperwork I discovered that I was charged $499 for theft protection insurance. I didn't sign up for this nor do I want or need it. Several phone calls to the dealership ended up being phone tag. I was left a message that this was part of the purchase of the car. They add this service to every car the sell. I called the theft protection company and they said this is a service that can be purchased as an option. After reviewing the contract I have the option of cancelling the protection which I have done but I don't know if I have gotten my refund as it goes directly to the lender. The bottom line is check your itemized costs otherwise you are going to be charged for this theft protection. More

Don’t bother making an appointment as they will make you wait for hours and hours anyways.
