I purchased my 2013 VW Jetta in October. It is the 6th VW that my husband and I have owned. I want to say that my salesperson Andy McQuiston was wonderful to work with. I brought my car in for its 1 month check-up and it went to smooth and everyone was so friendly. Then I ventured to your parts department to purchase some mud flaps for my car and the parts manager was so easy to talk and work with. All in all my experience with your dealership has been a breath of fresh air. I didn't feel pressured and I feel like I got a great deal, and most of all I love my new car. More

Even though some of the damage was not covered under warranty the service department fixed my bumper free of charge. I could not recommend a dealership more highly, than Highland Volkswagen! Everyone that I have dealt with, from Sales all the way through to the Service Department have been so wonderful to deal with. Highland Volkswagen! It is apparent that Highland Volkswagen is very concerned with providing excellent customer service and making their customers feel appreciated. Their "no pressure" selling technique was very refreshing and my sales rep, Eric, took the time to ensure I had no questions in regard to my new purchase or the way any of the gadgets worked. He patiently assisted me in setting up my IPod and Bluetooth option on my phone, as well as registering me for the Volkswagen version of "on- star". He was great from start to finish.....I would highly recommend seeing Eric, should you find yourself shopping for a car! Bruce and Joe also did a great job in closing my deal and getting all the paperwork taken care of. Something that has been a tedious process in the past, was somehow made pleasant. Not quite sure how they all did it, but they did! I have subsequently been back for my 30 day, post purchase check-up (I think this is a great feature from VW - just to make sure I had no lingering questions or issues with the car), so I had a chance to work with the service department, as well. Guess what? The members of the service department were just as friendly and attentive as the sales team. Sean and Sheryl were both a pleasure to work with, plus they saw to it that my car was cleaned before it was returned to me. What a nice treat!!
