I was referred to Moises not knowing what to expect(my usual car guy no longer sells cars), but it was a great experience. He kept us laughing and well informed throughout the whole process! After setting an appointment to see a specific car & it being confirmed 45 minutes before arrival, I was told that car was sold 40 minutes prior. Getting the run down that this is sales & blame continually being confirmed 45 minutes before arrival, I was told that car was sold 40 minutes prior. Getting the run down that this is sales & blame continually being pushed off on the next person, Moises was the only one I dealt with that kept his word, apologized for his coworkers, & got the deal done. I, personally, will not do any more business at this dealership, but feel that Moises deserves a great review. He was all about the customer service aspect rather than “sales-y” & financially focused. He’s great at what he does. Thanks again Moises! More
