I had always been a fan of Toyota (got my wife a corolla 4 years ago) but was a GM customer for my vehicles since 2003. This time around I decided to go with the quality I've always known about and leased 4 years ago) but was a GM customer for my vehicles since 2003. I returned to the same dealership I used for my wife's car, Citiworld Toyota of the Bronx, and found that like fine wine, my overall experience got better with time. Not that I had a bad experience the first time but the level of attention and the overall experience was great. They answered all my questions in a friendly and professional way and took the time to let me think about all the information I had received (even with my fussy 3 year old). There was no pressure to deal and I ultimately decided on the vehicle that I really wanted at the price that fit my budget. I appreciated the excellent attention and level of service and would recommend this dealership to anyone including family members. More

City World Toyota is the WORST Dealer I have ever seen. They just sell whatever junk and there is no after sales services. I bought my Toyota Prius 2006 (certified used) car from this stupid dealer and so They just sell whatever junk and there is no after sales services. What's funny about my situation is I had a very bad vibe from the salespeople in City World Dealership the moment I walked in. They act (key word here is ACT) friendly enough but for some reason I didn't fe from the salespeople in City World Dealership the moment I walked in. Unfortunately I let my love for Toyota blind me to this gut feeling and I allowed myself to go through with the purchase of a new car. I eventually found out nearly everything I was told was a lie and I had paid much more than others who had purchased upgraded version of my car at other dealerships. Ultimately I found out that it's not just the salesperson I dealt with who is like this but that many others had even worse situations than my own. Shame on Toyota for allowing the people in this dealership to tarnish their name. More

First i went to this dealer to buy a new car.The intial salesperson Gene was very nice and friendly.when i submitted to gene my proposal offer.He took it to his mgr.Well that's when everything went down hi salesperson Gene was very nice and friendly.when i submitted to gene my proposal offer.He took it to his mgr.Well that's when everything went down hill.Part of the proposal was to trade in my car.The salesman gene went outside and inspected the car2003 corolla that had only 4000 mi. on it in new condition.again gene was at the mgr's table.The Mgr. says $3000 that's it.Now i was about 15ft away so i overheard gene telling the mgr,the car's worth more then that,go outside and see for yourself,we've gotta a deal going here.That mgr refused to look for himself.So he comes over to my table and tells me that's it take it or leave it,and his voice started to raise after i told him it's worth more than that.I was extremely dissappointed that he refused to take the time and work something out.Also when the printout for my new car request was handed to me.There were two charges that i cannot remember totaling $800.bucks.When i questined what was that?the salesman said oh we can throw that out.I have been to 4 dealers and clearly that one was the WORST.And i'm telling all my friends don't go there. I bought many vehicles in my lifetime and purchasing my latest 2009 camry se from Enrique and Enley at cityworld was one of the best choices i've ever made. I've had several small issues here and there, but every time, all it has taken is a phone call to this guys to get it resolved. Funny 2 hours before I got a call from Toyota and they needed me come in a sign another contract something was not filled in correctly and I needed to come back and resign now they wanted to raise the price of my payment telling me they selling me the car below cost they are a bunch of liars and jerks. Why would a guy give say his name is Chris and then come to find out , it was Al. Now they trying to keep my deposit. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and with Toyota Motor Corp. This has been the worst experience in buying a car that I have had. They should get fired for their incompetence. If you have someone fill out paperwork -- you should know what they need to do to make sure it is correct. It is funny how when you call, they claim they do not know anyone by a particular name.When you call people are always on vacation or not in the office in a few minutes I’ll be going back to dealer to get my money they better have my funds....darayell 908-910-5784 ,, Damien 3024656762...
