Not too happy about this deal i did. This is my first purchase and my first experience with any car dealer so had a lot of questions. My first impression itself was that this person was trying to finish purchase and my first experience with any car dealer so had a lot of questions. My first impression itself was that this person was trying to finish the sale in a hurry and not very keen to answer my questions. So i didn't mind asking him much and thought of clarifying with my friends and collegues. But this guy was trying to finish the sale that day and not let me out without making the deal and not give me time to think. He didn't offer me a test drive also after i orally accepted the deal until i insisted. I would say he is a talented in persuading the customers but not a pleasant experience. Any question you ask and he says " this is the best dealership and its toyota. Been in the business for... years". I basically wanted a vehicle soon and knew the dealers would anyway cheat you for an amount around $1000 in the deal unless you are very old player in this business(which is understood because that what might add credits to the selling agent). All of my friends said i overpaid by $1000 to $1500 for this car which i anticipated before. But the worst part was when i went to pick the car next day along with my friend, he wanted to check the car next morning and he was showing an attitude that the deal is over and just move on although he made us wait for 4 hours to complete his formalities. Even worse, they said my license plates would surely be shipped within a month and even after 5 weeks when i called up, they didn't have a status. They asked me to call again which went for a couple of times and later said that they couldn't get the registration done due to weather and will update me in a few days(they said they can't give me a date). I waited for a week but as expected, nobody bothered to call and i planned to go down personally and enquire. So, i met my sales agent "fabian" and told him that it is already long time since it crossed a month and i still don't have my license plates and his reaction was too surprising. He was the one who was initially saying that the license plates will come to my door few days or weeks before a month and now he was saying "so what, it gets delayed some times, i will call you when its ready" and walked off. I had to go running behind him to atleast check for the status and he was saying " the ladies in the dmv dept don't work on a saturday when i had spoken to her on a saturday". When i insisted, he said he was very certain that they are not here today so just leave and i will update you on monday which i know he wouldn't. So i tried my luck and called their extension over phone and the lady there was saying that they had the plates and i can come and take it. Lastly, again this guy in a rush to send me back pushed me without the title documents. It was nice of the lady(i think sherli) whom i spoke last time who called me the next day and apologized for not handing over to me and couriered overnight ( he only person who was pleasant to talk to whom i can find in that place) More

I called weeks before my visit for returning leased vehicle & possibly getting another one. While I was in communication with at least two people working at this dealer, I was completely fooled by lie vehicle & possibly getting another one. However, when arrived talking to some slick salesman, he mentioned few things were left out like destination charges. Be aware of deception. Those people at the City World does not know the difference between $793 and $3632. Don't let them run your credit before you get the price. You will hear nothing but nonsense. More

When I drove in I met with an advisor, Cindy Costillo, who was friendly, down-to-earth, and funny, spoke about my concerns and as I was waiting for my car to be checked I made conversation and mentioned about maybe one day purchasing a new car. I HAD NO IDEA THAT THERE WAS A GROUP OF SALES PEOPLE RIGHT THERE IN THE SERVICE CENTER. I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO WALK OR DRIVE ACROSS TO THE SALES OFFICE A BLOCK AWAY.From the time I first inquired about purchasing options to Cindy Costillo (Assistant Service Manager / Advisor), arrangements were made and I was greeted by MR. CHRISTIAN RODRIGUEZ AND YAVEL MORALS. (SALES GUYS). They were so friendly, modest, honest, and did not badger me like other dealers. We got to know each other and even spoke about our families and then got down to business and told me what deal they could offer me - They were able to get me out of a very high interest rate loan to an astronomically lower rate. I had to wait for about 2 hours and then I was hit with the exciting news, that I was leaving with a new car. They did not push or try to talk me into it. They simply helped me to understand the whole process. They explained everything in detail and waited for me to make a decision. I totally recommend these guys, They treat each other and the customers like family and their work ethics are excellent. Toyota has always been my first choice for cars and because of these three people and the rest of the staff, I think it is safe to say I'll be a Toyota customer for life. This service center / dealership in particular is professional, friendly, and accommodating.
