We had a great experience with City World Toyota. We first considered purchasing, and found that the Corolla—a good, solid car—was the best we could afford at the time, but we had hoped for a larger and first considered purchasing, and found that the Corolla—a good, solid car—was the best we could afford at the time, but we had hoped for a larger and more comfortable car. We had compared other cars, domestic and imports, with similar trade-offs between what we wanted and what we could afford. They understood our dilemma. We soon received an e-mail message from Papsi Rosario and phone conversations with Arabella regarding a new lease offer on a 2014 Camry LE, which we could check immediately if interested. We found that the offer met our budget and the Camry was the car we wanted. After a brief credit check the lease was approved and we were able to take delivery that day. The staff who helped us included Jose Luis Arias who was very patient with us through the whole process and Nestor Muñoz, who gave us additional assistance. All were highly professional and sincere in their efforts to accommodate our needs. We highly recommend this dealership and have given this rating to let others know about our experience. We love our Camry! More
My salesperson was Angel Sanchez.......very nice, pleasant, informative, knowledgeable gentleman.....As I navigated thru this "DealerRater" website, I noticed that not all the employees are listed o pleasant, informative, knowledgeable gentleman.....As I navigated thru this "DealerRater" website, I noticed that not all the employees are listed or pictured or both. OMG!!!! How can you proceed with this site in it's present state, as I vigorously looked and looked for Mr. Sanchez and could not find his name nor his photo.....You cannot leave out such a fine gentleman! I don't know but maybe he just started working there or something, but you gotta update this site, the employee review site, or something.I have been speaking with Brenda Castro also, and I did not see her name or photo.....She doesn't want to be left out either, so get their names and photos up and running ASAP! lololololol I'm quite sure they want to shine also when the light comes over them! lolololol But seriously, I confer upon Mr. Sanchez the highest honor for professionalism, a great attitude, and being thoroughly trained and knowledgeable in his craft. So this review has both Sales and Service rolled into one. First I purchased a new Toyota Camry in fall of 2012, I was given an awesome price however my troubles started when they failed to submit my one. First I purchased a new Toyota Camry in fall of 2012, I was given an awesome price however my troubles started when they failed to submit my paper work to the DMV, in a timely fashion resulting in my bank hiking my interest rate from 2.19% to 16.09% for my failure to issue them my title in the allotted 90 day period. I called and even went to their location three (3) different times and they informed me how they had sent my documents to the dmv but this was not true, as I had called the DMV on my own to have this verified and they had none of my paper-work in their possession. It took a full six (6) months before the title came in the mail and my bank rolled back my interest rate to the initial 2.19%. I now noticed an airbag warning light on my dash-board brought the vehicle in to have this looked at @ approximately 4:45pm on a weekday they took my car after explaining why I was there, however at 5:15pm the service personnel informed me that my situation is a requires a diagnostic technician and they leave at 5pm so they cant help me today. After asking if the following day at 4pm would be fine she told me yes, sure enough I returned the next day @ 4pm and explained the issue again. They took my car and waited until 5:15pm they called me in and told me that my situation is a requires a diagnostic technician and they leave at 5pm so they cant help me today. ***THESE xxxxING JOKERS *** Eventually I brought my car to another service center who fixed the issue in after 2hrs at no charge because it turns out it was part of a mass recall of Toyota Camry of my year and problem was resolved. Finally received official notification from Toyota one (1) week ago about the recall and the service center knew for months (very strange) More

When we arrived we received friendly greetings from a couple of the salespersons. We asked for "Shamus" and they called him up immediately. My outstanding experience with this dealership started when took my old toyota car for an oil change and my vehicle broke down after the change.
