I'm writing you regarding my experience yesterday at the showroom. I finally got the car but not after intense aggressive back and forth all day with the sales agent that kept insulting my intelligence the showroom. I finally got the car but not after intense aggressive back and forth all day with the sales agent that kept insulting my intelligence. I specifically told him I don't have a lot of time with the foolishness, back and forth and nonsense. I was left feeling like all of them prey on any one you can just to make a sale. Thier tactics are predatory and base line threatening. Sales staff assume everyone is ignorant and stupid. There is a lot of gaslighting. A lot of black balling. Demanding I provide my credit card before he confirms if the price is approved. Demanding my driver's license before you can tell me what you have in your inventory. Neglecting to tell me there were used cars in the back. Neglecting to give me a quote for my trade in before I purchase a car. Jacking up the prices with astronomical ridiculous fees I've never heard of. The cars are all overprice and they mislead when they said they have transparency with pricing. To add insult to injury I only got one key for my car. I'm demanding the second key for my car. They also have the wrong email on my account and no one cared to fix it. I am unable to get any correspondence from them. My experience was traumatic and disgusting. More
