Worst of experience ever. Came in for a maintenance check light and left with a $900.00 bill. Beware - Scammers and 3rd party Toyota services Many customers complain of going in with simple issues and coming out with pressure to sell their car, trade-in, buy new and extreme recommendations t Many customers complain of going in with simple issues and coming out with pressure to sell their car, trade-in, buy new and extreme recommendations to replace engines. They tamper with equipment esp. older models so you have to come back in a few months. Their service technicians are generalists. And they are a 3rd party Toyota service center so when you complain to Toyota, Toyota USA does nothing as they can not guarantee their work. Also, if you go to a real authorized Toyota dealership / service center they do not guarantee CityWorld's work and explain their technicians are not trained certified Toyota technicians. I, like other customers in the waiting area, are always being pressured to buy new cars, get rid of their own car, and told they have large repairs. I took my car elsewhere and was told none of those issues were true and they have equally had other customers come with similar complaints. They have no tracked complaint process at CityWorld. Managers including the GM go into hiding. They threatened me and retaliated. More

I was sold a used car that had tire issues and the light gauge was active.. I called for the next two weeks leaving messages with promises of a return call. I finally decide to stop by and speak with the two Managers Garcia and Angel who promised to research the issue and get back to me. I insisted on speaking with Angel who said he would call me back that very morning. I was not feeling the respect or courtesy at this point and told Angel I did not want to shake his hand, at which point he walked away from me saying he would not help me simply because I did not shake his hand. He refused to look at me or answer my questions. I finally spoke with Mr. Moreno the Used car Mgr who advised me this was the first he had heard of the issue. He listened to my concerns and offered a solution to the problem. I am grateful to him for his assistance and giving me a piece of mind so that my daughter would be safe on the road. More
