Thank you for responding. I had confidence in Claremont Toyota, however I was not happy with the amount of time and the end result. Additionally had I looked at the invoice before I left the dealership I would have confronted the service advisor. After contacting Toyota Corporate I was livid to find out there was a TSB 007-20 for 2019-2021 RAV4’s with this issue. Op code bd1922 exterior door reinforcement bracket. This is not good, since the RAV4 is a #1 seller for Toyota. This car is registered to me , however my elderly parents drive it and have brought it for all the service , since they reside close to the dealership. I was given an appt for tomorrow by corporate to have a zone manager inspect the vehicle. I’m open to discussing my experience and hopefully assisting you in providing better customer service.
