Stefany was great. I didn't like that I was forced to take the optional security system. Was told I would get it at a discount of $120 from $1295 per her manager Vin. I didn't like that I was forced to take the optional security system. Was told I would get it at a discount of $120 from $1295 per her manager Vin. He said the increase at full price was $20 a month for 60 months, but I would get it for $2 a month increase. While signing the documents, Henry did not go over the itemized cost. Didn't let me tell him that the security system was to be $120. He said he knew. While signing that page, he made the signature box very big. I didn't even see it. When I got home I saw I was charged the full amount of $1295. It took a lot of back and forth and over a week for them to credit my account $900. Still a few hundred short of what I was told. I know its not a lot of money, but its just the point. I felt they were very underhanded. More
